Marketing Director
Sylvia Chen is the Marketing Director for Specimen Management at BD (Central, South Asia, and Japan), where she is responsible for BD’s lab specimen acquisition and specimen management solutions. Prior to joining BD, Sylvia gained extensive experience in chromatography and mass spectrometry at ThermoFisher. Additionally, she served as the Head of Marketing for Asia and Oceania at Leica Microsystems.
With her industry and leadership experience across Asia and multiple laboratory disciplines, Sylvia hopes to further contribute to APFCB by representing the voices of corporate members to the board and helping the board engage corporate members in meaningful ways.
